The background behind the business

My name is Lauren, and I am the clinic owner of Enhance Beauty Essex. It all began when I graduated from university with an adult nursing degree. I have worked for the NHS ever since qualifying as a registered nurse. Though I do love nursing and still nurse, I decided to do something that really motivates me every day and that was anything beauty related.

The love for Semi Permanent Makeup (SPMU) came about after visiting the well-known Etch cosmetics after many years of drawing my eyebrows on. These new eyebrows really increased my self-esteem. This is when I knew this was the right career choice for me. I then decided to do a course in SPMU eyebrows with the etch cosmetics herself, which, by the way was amazing. I then decided to do further training in SPMU lip blush and eyeliner with Pro- derm cosmetics. Because I am the person who loves to learn new things, I then went on to learn dermal filler and anti-wrinkle treatments with VA clinic. I chose Va clinic after having my lip enhancement carried out by them. I have then continued to add many more advanced aesthetic treatments to the list of services that I offer. 

The way in which these cosmetic treatments make me feel, gives me such passion to want to make others feels just as good about themselves as I do. Just like in nursing, helping people daily is just a dream come true!
